Frequently Asked Questions

Hooray! You've placed an order. Now what?

We will send you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order to the email you provided upon check out.

Please allow 1-3 days of processing time for us to fulfill your order in addition to your estimated shipping time. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that Green and Glenn Beauty does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

We are not currently able to offer refunds or exchanges on product.

If your order arrived damaged or was defective in some way, please send an email to hello@greenandglenn.com with pictures of the damage or defect and we will do our best to make it right.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We cannot guarantee order cancellation once an order is placed!

However, if we have not yet fulfilled your order, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact hello@greenandglenn.com with your order # as soon as you would like to cancel your order.

We do not currently offer international shipping! However, we are open to offering it in the future.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to, or purchased in Arkansas.

We understand how hard it is to shade match online! We've been there and want to make sure you select the best shade for you on the first try!

If you would like additional swatches, images, or a shade consultation please reach out to hello@greenandglenn.com with a makeup-free selfie in even (aka no harsh shadows) natural lighting (by a window or outside is perfect). Please include the product(s) you are hoping to be matched for!
